August 2
Lunch - Sack Lunches
Dinner -Grilled local chicken with apple cider glaze, Carlton Farms roasted pork loin with local mushroom demi glaze, brown rice pilaf, local/seasonal steamed vegetables, hot quinoa pilaf (vegan), full salad bar with local items, rolls & butter, sliced fruit & berries for dessert
August 3
Breakfast - Cage-free eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, pancakes with toppings, yogurt, cottage cheese, fresh melon, whole fruit, granola, oatmeal with toppings, cereal, muffins & danishes
Lunch - Beef/chicken/tempeh taco bar, local pinto beans, Spanish rice, full salad bar, pre-made turkey/ham/veg sandwiches, cookies for dessert
Dinner - Meat lasagna/vegetable lasagna, gluten-free & vegan tossed pasta, local steamed vegetables, full salad bar, breadsticks, ice cream for dessert (possibly frozen yogurt)
August 4
